Join the U.S. Bank Stadium team on game days and earn money for your group! There are multiple roles available to accommodate any size group from both ASM Global and Aramark.

U.S. Bank Stadium - ASM Global

ASM Global has open fundraising opportunities for Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) to join in an employment partnership for this season of events! Eligible organizations will provide volunteers to work at major events (such as Vikings games and concerts) at U.S. Bank Stadium in return for fundraising for the organization. Eligible organizations must have a minimum of 15 people participating in the program for a minimum of 5 events. All Participants must be over the age of 18.

  • Fan Ambassador

Aramark

Aramark has open fundraising positions for Non-Profit Organizations to join in an employment partnership for this season of events! Eligible organizations will provide volunteers to work concession stands at all major events at U.S. Bank Stadium in return for fundraising for the organization. There are multiple roles and locations available to accommodate groups both large and small.

BEST Crowd Management

BEST Crowd Management has fundraising opportunities for Non-Profit Organizations in event security roles throughout the year! Eligible organizations will provide volunteers to work at all major events (such as Vikings games and concerts) at U.S. Bank Stadium in return for fundraising for the organization. Elligible organizations must have a minimum of 10 people participating in the program. All participants must be over the age of 18.

  • No former security experience needed
  • Event meals, discounted parking, and trainings included
  • All 501(c)3 non-profits welcome

What types of groups are volunteering?

Booster Clubs, Sports Teams, Religious Organizations, Parent Groups, College Groups, Bands, Arts & Academics Groups

What do you need to be eligible to fundraise at U.S. Bank Stadium?

You need to be a valid 501(c)3 non-profit with an IRS determination letter and W9. Each participant will need a background check prior to working at U.S. Bank Stadium.

How do donations to non-profit organizations work?

ASM Global Volunteers: Donations are made by an hourly pay rate per volunteer for each event worked.

Aramark Volunteers: Donations are made on a commission percentage or a guaranteed minimum, whichever is greater.

BEST Volunteers: Donations are a lump sum payment of volunteer hours worked for the group and send directly to the organization's address on their W9 via check.

What do volunteers do on event day?

ASM Global Volunteers: Volunteers can work a variety of positions including being ticket takers, ushers, concierges, and fan ambassadors.

Aramark Volunteers: Generally, volunteers check in an hour and thirty minutes prior to gates opening. You will start your day with making sure your location is set up, clean and prepped for the event. During the event you will serve and sell the products and have fun engaging with guests!

BEST Volunteers: Volunteers typically are performing bag checks, operating magnetometers, monitoring access points, and checking credentials.

How often do volunteers need to attend events?

ASM Global Volunteers: Groups must commit to staffing a minimum of 5 events throughout the event season in the contract.

Aramark Volunteers: We expect groups to commit to the season, it is up to the group on who volunteers and how much. Want to volunteer at every game? You are welcome to do so!

BEST Volunteers: Organizations must volunteer at least 5 events in a year across all our venues we work with.
